They will have a pizza cutter, a pizza pan, and a spatula to serve up each of the six slices in this set. Each of the slices is held together with Velcro to keep them from sliding around. It even comes with its own wooden box that looks just like the one you get when you order out for pizza. It will also double as storage when it is not in use.

We have mixed emotions about the Melissa and Doug Pizza Party play kitchen food. At first, we thought it was a cute idea, and kids could really use their imaginations to make different types of pizza. We know that pizza is very popular meal in most families, so we thought the little ones would get a kick out of having their own to play with. Kid will probably like this at first, but they may get bored with it pretty quickly. Also, we think the toppings make way too many little pieces to lose, and they don’t attach to the pizza very well. As a result, they will slide around and fall off, which will be frustrating for the kids and take some of the fun out of this. We think that this will probably be put up on shelf and forgotten pretty quickly because of the hassle. However, your little one could prove us wrong.
